What are the bed/bath/SF counts?

Units are either two or three bedrooms with a flex space, and all plans have at least two bathrooms. The square feet of the units vary from 1,574 SF to 2,260 SF.

Is there preliminary pricing available?

We do have pricing available on select units throughout the building. Please contact the sales team for further information.

When will presales start for the project?

We currently have a select number of presale opportunities.  Please join our VIP interest list; we can keep you updated with the most updated information.

What is the target date for completion?

With the understanding that schedules can quickly change, we’re expecting an early Summer of 2023 completion.

Can we walk the site during construction?

This is an active construction site and need to limit the activity onsite to contractors performing work. However, we will have designated times for tours for prospective buyers.

What will the finishes be? Can any customization happen?

Each unit has a pre-determined interior finish package. There are design boards and color schematics available for each unit. Because of the uncertainty of available products, our finish material cannot be changed.

How many penthouse units are there?

There are four penthouse units.

What is the parking like?

There will be a secured parking garage for all residents with opportunities for electric car charging. Parking allocations are pre-determined and future responsibility will reside with the HOA.

Are there monthly HOA dues? If so, are there estimates?

Yes, there will be monthly HOA dues and we are working on cost estimates now.
