What are the bed/bath/sqft counts?
Homes are either two or three bedrooms with a flex space, and all plans have at least two bathrooms. The square feet of the homes vary from 1,574 sqft to 2,260 sqft.
Is the building finished with construction?
We are substantially completed with the construction of all homes and building amenities.
What homes are available?
All of our available homes are marked under the “Condominiums” tab within the website.
How can I tour?
Please contact the Sales Team to schedule a tour or visit us during an Open House.
How many penthouses are there?
There are four penthouse homes.
What is the parking like?
There is a secured parking garage for all owners with opportunities for electric car charging.
Is there additional storage available?
Yes, there is a designated storage room where each home has a dedicated storage locker. There is also an opportunity to have additional storage cabinets above a parking space in the garage.
Is Steeple Rock pet friendly?
Yes, pets are welcome at Steeple Rock. There is a designated “dog run” on the South side of the building along 4th Ave.
